What you'll do Manage all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products Deliver analysis plant performance KPIs, budget and projects Set up and executes development plans for plant personnel Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations What makes you a good fit Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Engineering 3/4 years of previous experience in a similar role is required People Management skills Fluent in Italian and English Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing knowledge IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package Proactive, passionate, result oriented and a team-player with excellent communication and organizational skills At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
