Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities across departments Support logistics operations and handle facility-related requests and resources Assist with HR administrative processes and employee documentation Communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and China Headquarters Prepare and submit regular administrative reports to local offices and China Headquarters Your profile Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background in administration, business, or similar fields Fluent in English and Italian; Chinese language skills are an advantage Excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Flexible and open to occasional business trips Why us?
