Job Description

Brief Description The position reports directly to the HR Delivery International Team Leader and collaborates closely with the global HR team, including the Country Lead Delivery Partner, HRBPP, HRBP team, HR COEs, and HR Operations. As the manufacturing site lead, you will work with the Country Lead Delivery Partner, other HR Delivery Partners, and HR Operations to support delivery activities in your country and serve as the escalation point for the manufacturing site. This role also supports employees and managers up to senior levels to develop proactive talent solutions, such as enhancing recruitment, onboarding, role clarity, employee development, retention, engagement, and performance. Additionally, the role involves initiating strategies aligned with global standards to build organizational capability, structure, and talent management. The country lead for employee relations, workers council management, grievance resolution, benefits, and compliance will be your responsibilities in each supported country. Essential Functions Understanding of the organization, its strategy, and customer challenges. Supporting HR programs related to talent, performance, compensation, and project delivery within your countries. Providing HR support for key business initiatives like talent reviews, recruitment, and organizational health. Collaborating with global HR teams to optimize HR processes, tools, and practices. Guiding managers on HR policies, local employment laws, and workplace culture. Supporting recruitment activities, including interviews, headcount, and requisition management. Assisting with operational HR activities like promotions, relocations, and benefits queries. Coaching leaders on proactive leadership and fostering productive work environments aligned with Jazz values. Influencing leadership through impactful questioning and problem-solving. Managing change initiatives to support organizational growth. Leading employee relations responses, investigations, and handling grievances across countries. Managing relations with workers councils and trade unions. Educating employees and managers on policies, laws, and standards. Using data and metrics to inform decisions and drive change. Sharing escalation and updates with the EU / International & IPM Delivery Lead. Site presence required at least 1 day per week and occasional travel. Supporting team functions and coverage during high workload or absences. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience in progressive HR partnership roles across countries, with accountability for partnering with leaders. J-18808-Ljbffr
