The Role As an Analyst Work, Rewards & Careers , you will support and work with senior colleagues on projects related to rewards strategy and programs, market analysis, pay design, career framework, and job evaluation using WTW-specific methodologies. You will focus on work strategy, skills organization, and related areas. As an analyst, you will: Apply your analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, utilizing your knowledge of Human Resources. Learn to understand clients’ needs and build positive relationships with clients through your work. Collaborate with other consultants and receive guidance from senior consultants. Expand your knowledge in career frameworks, job leveling, work strategy, skills organization, and rewards. Learn to think proactively and propose new ways of working to deliver best practices.
