Project Leader, Project Engineer and Solution Lead Engineer Job Description The Solution Lead Endineer will have to be responsible for managing and executing the System&DES projects, ensuring compliance with project BOM / technical data, safety req., timelines, quality standards, etc. The Solution Lead Endineer will coordinate all the project technical activities, liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams/PMs, and ensure the successful implementation of our client’s solutions. Main tasks: Plan, manage, and monitor the SYS project activities; Support the PM to manage timelines & costs (technically and economically improve the BOM); Coordinates the various stakeholders (customers, suppliers, etc.); Makes key decisions to ensure project success (also from a technical point of view); Ensures compliance with customer quality / safety and regulatory standards; Interface with customers and suppliers to define requirements and technical specifications; Develops technical solutions and project specifications (works closely with the technical team and the customer to ensure requirements are met); Oversee the implementation and commissioning of DES/new solutions; Troubleshoots technical issues during project execution. Main Reqs: Project leader skills with technical ending; Knowledge of DCS, SCADA, PLC systems, and industrial communication protocols; Problem-solving.
