Your Role: You’ll be at the heart of cutting-edge engineering, working with an international, cross-functional team to design and develop mechanical components for our state-of-the-art elevators. This is your chance to truly make an impact, with responsibilities including: Designing and engineering world-class mechanical solutions for elevator components; Creating detailed 3D models and drawings using CREO; Managing engineering documentation and Bills of Materials in Windchill/SAP; Performing key calculations (FEM) and validating technical solutions to ensure top-tier quality; Collaborating with a talented team to continuously innovate and elevate Schindler products. What You Bring to the Table: We’re looking for a skilled, forward-thinking engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for pushing the limits of mechanical design. Ideally, you have: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Hands-on experience in mechanical design, with a focus on sheet metal (a plus!); Strong proficiency with CREO for 3D modeling and design; Familiarity with FEM analysis (bonus points for experience!); A proactive mindset and a drive for results; Fluency in English, German is a plus!
