Explore our values and culture [here]. ️ The Role We’re looking for a Technical Consultant to join the SymphonyAI Retail team, supporting our key client Carrefour in Madrid. You’ll be working hands-on to implement and support our AI-driven retail solutions, ensuring smooth deployments and ongoing value for the client. This role is mostly remote , but you must be flexible to attend the client site in Madrid when required . Key Responsibilities Implement and support SymphonyAI Retail solutions within Carrefour’s environment Design and build custom modules using Oracle and PL/SQL Manage and configure client environments using Linux and Bash scripting Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely solutions Support data migrations, integrations, and performance tuning Deliver technical training sessions and contribute to technical documentation Collaborate with global delivery teams and attend client meetings as a technical expert Requirements 3 years’ experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL Strong Linux experience, including Bash scripting Working knowledge of Java or JavaScript is a plus Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Fluent in Spanish and English Experience with retail systems or supply chain platforms is desirable Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Comfortable working independently and in global teams Willing to travel to the Carrefour site in Madrid as needed What You’ll Get €40,000–€55,000 base salary Mostly remote working model with flexibility to go on-site Work with a leading global retailer (Carrefour) Be part of a diverse, collaborative global team Access to the latest AI-driven technologies in retail Clear path to grow your career in a high-growth, future-focused company Ready to drive transformation in retail AI?
