Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the daily operations and creative execution of Chinburgs Brand and Marketing team. This collaborative and multifaceted role works across departmentshelping to bring campaigns to life, maintain brand consistency, and support project timelines. The Coordinator assists with internal and external communications, digital content, signage, and marketing materials, while also maintaining strong systems and processes to help the team stay organized and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organized, and values both independent and team-based work. They will gain exposure to many parts of the company and be a key contributor in shaping marketing efforts that span development, property management, construction, and community engagement. Essential Primary Responsibilities Customer Coordination Main point of contact for requests for marketing support from both internal and external customers. Manage prioritization with timely responsiveness and pro-active communication. Process Organization: Work with Corporate Manager and EVP of Brand to suggest appropriate levels of centralization versus supported delegation of specific tasks to other departments. Asset Creation & Management Video and Professional Photography: Coordinates video and professional marketing photography across all areas of the company. Marketing Asset Creation: Works with outside vendors to improve presentation of our offerings by using 3D renderings, interactive floor plans, and other developments. Brand Asset Management: Provides brand logos and marketing assets to colleagues and outside organizations as is required by their request (sponsorships, invites, swag, etc.). Ensure the correct logo or asset is being used according to the brand guidelines and circumstances. Keeps marketing assets well organized and accessible. Social Media, Blogs & Marketing Content Content Creation: Execution of blogs, email campaigns, social posts, and special initiatives as established by EVP and Corporate Brand Manager Scheduling and Management: Managing and scheduling posts for Instagram, FB and Linked In, generating ideas, scheduling posts with current assets and reaching out to other team members for content, with discerning understanding of brand voice and objectives. Internal Communications Internal Newsletter: Collects content and assembles the internal company newsletter, coordinating with departments to gather updates, announcements, and team highlights in collaboration with Corporate Brand Manager Collateral & Swag Create Material and Templates: Helps to create onboarding materials, flyers, videos, special invitations, infographics, announcements, and other materials for internal training, company-wide announcements, swag, newsletters, and more. Using Canva, Photoshop, or other design programs. Branded Collateral: Support special projects across departments to create branded collateral such as HR manuals, welcome kits, and handbooks. Swag: Work with Corporate Brand Manager to maintain promotional and gift swag offerings; ordering or researching when needed Monday.com & Tech Initiatives General Project Support: Assist in implementation of tech-related projects and communications initiatives, such as a company Wiki, SharePoint, OneDrive, and their applications that support the business. Monday.com Rollout & Ongoing Support: Assist as needed with reporting, tech support/troubleshooting, communications and ongoing monitoring within monday.com. Single Family Homes Sales & Marketing Meeting: Supports Sales & Marketing meetings by compiling performance reports, gathering campaign updates, taking detailed notes, tracking follow-ups, updating project management tools, and assisting with content tasks or vendor coordination as needed Marketing Support: Provide support to the internal SFH Marketing Partner, with collateral and asset creation and management, on an as-needed basis. Nter Now: Manage self-guided tour backend system setup and coordinate installation with SFH homes team for new communities and homes. Supports other innovative tech ideas. Residential & Commercial Property Marketing Assist with Lease Up Marketing Process: Tracks dates of completion of new projects and organizes the timeline and the assets for logo, website, social media, signage, staging, and professional photos, and welcome gifts in collaboration with Corporate Brand Manager. Creates and Updates Welcome Kits: for each project, based on the specific information required. Updates and saves information for project managers to be able to easily access, print and download. Onsite Collateral: Coordinates on-site project signage, information kiosks, branded brochures, branded fencing. Website Updates: Creating new property pages using existing layouts and pricing updates as needed. Signage & Wayfinding Mill Building Small Signage: Coordinates implementation and ordering of signage plans and directories within the mill buildings and across the campuses in support of Properties. Manage signage requests ticketing system (to be established) and orders as needed. Other Signage: Supports other signage requests as needed. Sponsorships Supports collateral needs as the liaison, by providing ads and logos for Chinburg sponsored events and organizations. Events Setup Assistance: Assists as needed with organizing company events and trainings and on property special events as part of supporting the brand. Marketing Materials: Assists with marketing materials/collateral Event Attendance: attends open houses as needed during the lease up of new projects, as well as customer appreciation events (helps property managers with creating invitations and attends as necessary and/or requested). Awards Applications and Opportunities: Supports award application efforts by maintaining a database of relevant opportunities, gathering project details, and assisting in compiling and formatting submission materials. Other Projects & Research (as requested): Other New Marketing and Advertising avenues: including websites and apps as well as the capacity for our own software systems (like Buildium) to support and make marketing efforts more efficient and successful. Researches, Recommends and Supports: platforms for additional support of leasing and sales, including Zillow, apartments.com, Craigslist and other avenues for supporting sales and leasing. Reports: shares reports on the success and metrics of the different platforms for future decision making by pulling data and metrics to present for decision making. Qualifications 24 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (agency or in-house). Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities. Clear and professional written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail and task follow-through. Collaborative mindset with a proactive and positive attitude. Self-starter with High Emotional Intelligence and ability to work independently. Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools; experience with ChatGPT, WordPress, Monday.com, Hubspot, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Real estate or construction industry familiarity is helpful but not required. Location: Fully onsite in Newmarket, NH (5 days per week)
