Job Description
Diesel Direct, a leader in on-site fueling solutions for fleet vehicles, tanks, and equipment, is looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the company's revenue by increasing sales through new and existing channels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, delivering tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and fuel management. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a greener, more efficient future in the energy sector. Identify and target potential clients within the fleet management and logistics sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Understand and address clients' specific needs with Diesel Direct's products and services. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to communicate the value proposition of our fueling solutions. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns and lead generation. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Provide ongoing support and solutions to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics Solid understanding of the energy, gas, and oil industries Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
