Hirose Electric Co., Ltd is seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in driving the sales of our innovative connector solutions within the electronics industry, utilizing advanced customer service and sales strategies to engage with new and existing customers. As part of our Sales and Business Development department, the successful candidate will focus on achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence. Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to penetrate new markets Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to customers and prospective customers Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements Close sales transactions and achieve monthly quotas Maintain client satisfaction through follow-up, client support, and relationship-building Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail Excellent negotiating and selling skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Strong understanding of the technical aspects of electronic components, connector technologies, and market demands Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
