Associate Technical Product Specialist

This role focuses on enhancing and developing new connector solutions tailored to meet and exceed the evolving demands of the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will bring a fusion of technical expertise, market insight, and product development strategies to effectively contribute to our growth and innovation trajectories. Assist in the lifecycle management of product development from concept through to market launch. Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to analyze market trends and technical needs to develop new products. Participate in prototype development, providing technical feedback to ensure product specifications meet market and client needs. Support cross-functional teams in the preparation of detailed product specifications and documentation. Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify potential improvements for existing products. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support product positioning and pricing strategies. Prepare regular reports on product development progress and market trends to keep all relevant teams informed. Assist in the coordination of pilot runs and the initial stages of production. Strong understanding of electronic connector technologies and applications. Proficient in product lifecycle management (PLM) software and MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
