In-House Counsel

A leading independent finance provider is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The Role In this role, you will take a lead position in managing enforcement and recovery actions on defaulted loans. Please note: This role requires working from the company’s Central London offices five days a week. Key Responsibilities Lead enforcement and recovery actions, including drafting key legal documents. Advise on debt recovery, insolvency, and property-related litigation. Manage appointments of receivers and administrators. Collaborate with external counsel and stakeholders. Monitor legal developments and support the wider legal and credit risk teams. About You Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–4 years PQE in recoveries or property litigation. Expertise in distressed finance, recoveries, receiverships, and insolvency litigation. Please note: This role requires working from the company’s Central London offices five days a week. Why Join?
