Requirements: · BSC (Hons)Construction Economics/Project/Construction Management / Higher or similar certification · Must have a minimum of 57 years of post-graduate experience in a Project or Contracts Manager role within the construction industry. · Hold a relevant tertiary qualification, such as a BSc (Hons) in Construction Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or an equivalent certification. · Must have an active SACPCMP registration or be registered as a Candidate with the SACPCMP. · Have successfully completed at least 3 to 4 projects in the capacity of Project or Contracts Manager. · Demonstrate a strong understanding of various contract types, with specific experience in JBCC, NEC, and GCC contracts.
