They are now looking to add a Director level professional to their team who will work on the origination and execution of M&A mandates for the firm as principal. The business has ambitious growth plans. On a day-to-day basis, you will: Identify and target potential acquisitions for the firm; Conduct due diligence; Work on full deal execution; Project manage the transaction and liaise with advisors; Work on the integration of the target into the business. The successful candidate will have a background as follows : Background in corporate development, private equity, investing or investment banking; Excellent deal sheet; Strong background in technology or software M&A; Currently working at the Director level or higher; Willing to work in Milan.
