On their behalf, for an important development project, we are looking for a : R&D AND INNOVATION VICE PRESIDENT (AUTOMATION) This is a global role, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Developing new product strategies Providing through-life support for all products and systems. She/he will lead consumer insight-driven product development, delivering product innovation and lifecycle strategies. As an executive, she/he will collaborate with the CEO to set and drive the company's purpose, vision, strategy, and growth targets, while developing future ways of working. Responsibilities Define the new products strategy to meet the company's revenue growth and margin targets Deliver multi-year product technology roadmaps and strategic product line strategies Oversee the product development process and team Manage ideation, concept validation, and prioritization of the product pipeline Support business cases and participate in consumer studies to drive innovation Provide lifecycle support, robustness improvements, quality resolutions, and cost reductions to maintain product value and efficacy Lead product lifecycle activities, including phase-in and phase-out, and long-term spare parts provision Manage the Technical Sales Support Group, including the Global Service Desk Requirements Proven experience in implementing strategic plans and structures to deliver a pipeline of new products Extensive experience in delivering products from concept to launch and lifecycle support Previous experience as an executive in industries such as dairy, food, automotive, or aerospace Understanding of the global dairy market, competitors, and benchmarking is advantageous Successful leadership and influence of teams, with strong collaborative relationship skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, stress tolerance, and results orientation Master's Degree in Engineering preferred Fluent in English Willingness to travel Location: Albinea (RE) J-18808-Ljbffr
