We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our Fluid Conveyance EMEA Sales team for the distribution channel. You can work from your home office in Italy. Job Responsibilities Manage and develop direct distributor’s business at specified accounts; Develop strong customer relationships and act as the primary field sales representative for Danfoss Power Solutions; Gather competitive information and analyze market data; Ensure an excellent customer experience by managing all Danfoss relations and contracts with the customer; Utilize your technical and commercial knowledge to discuss products and solutions effectively. To succeed in this role, we prefer candidates with an engineering or related educational background and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. Additionally, we are looking for Technical understanding and interest in technical details; Knowledge of the hydraulic industry and fluid conveyance is advantageous; Excellent communication and networking skills; Willingness to travel (approximately 50-60%); Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) is a plus; Fluency in English and German.
