The company, comprising around fifty diverse team members and operating in English, is transitioning from a startup to a scale-up, aiming to expand globally and innovate within the gaming industry. We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer in Milan (relocation support) to join us. Responsibilities Build new game features within Unity Design and implement the 'Unity layer' linking art and animation with the existing codebase Create animations, particle effects, and custom shaders Write custom C# components for complex visual elements Ensure expertise in the Unity engine, especially Unity UI Write clean, performant C# code Optimize games for smooth performance across various devices Take ownership of tasks and deliver results Collaborate effectively within the team Qualifications Proficiency in Unity and C# Experience creating animations, particle effects, and custom shaders Strong understanding of game optimization techniques Fluent in English Passion for gaming Ability to work independently and proactively Benefits Hybrid working policy: live anywhere in Europe or nearby with 4 consecutive days per month in Milan (expenses supported) Modern office in Milan (Stazione Garibaldi) with social areas including football table, board games, beer, and coffee Flexible employment options and working hours English and Italian courses provided by native teachers J-18808-Ljbffr
