Channel Lawyer

How you will contribute: You will deliver legal, regulatory, and compliance services, acting as a strategic business partner with a focus on our Channel (indirect) Business . Your responsibilities include: Preparing and reviewing contracts, supporting negotiations Creating templates Handling claims and overseeing litigation Ensuring compliance with laws and policies Providing training and managing compliance programs Monitoring regulatory changes Providing additional legal support as needed Your profile: We're seeking a candidate who is comfortable in a digital environment, committed to social justice and sustainability, and experienced in an in-house legal role. The ideal candidate will proactively collaborate with stakeholders to analyze issues and deliver legal solutions. Requirements include: Qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws or equivalent, with at least four years of PQE in commercial law, especially in indirect/channel/reseller sectors, preferably in Hi-tech, Energy, Construction, or Renewables Fluent in English with strong tech skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; capable of working independently and managing large workloads Join us!
