Main responsibilities : Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to execute compelling merchandising strategies for a specific portfolio within the category. Select new suppliers and negotiate with them Plan pop-ups, events and in-store activations Work closely with external brand partners and internal colleagues to curate product assortments tailored to our diverse clientele and to ensure achievement of category metrics Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally Monitor and compile sales, analyze and report market trends, identify and gather customer preferences to make data-driven decisions for the needs of the business Collaborate and communicate with cross functional partners to ensure seamless execution and accurate product, brand, and DFS representation across brand counters, animations, campaigns, and category marketing opportunities Embrace mentorship opportunities to foster a collaborative and innovative team and category environment Support ad-hoc and category improvement projects KEY REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s Degree Fluency in English and Italian, French as a plus. 3 buying experience with a Divisional or Global retailer. Analytical skills Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Goal oriented approach, multitasking Good problem-solving skills. Function as a resourceful and proactive team member.
