You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable backend solutions, ensuring code quality, security, and compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, you will help evolve our platform to meet growing user demands and financial operational standards. We seek someone experienced in writing clean, efficient, maintainable code, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. This role offers the chance to work on mission-critical systems and make a significant impact in financial technology. Responsibilities Write, test, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend code. Improve system performance to handle high volumes of requests. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and meet industry standards. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements. Resolve performance issues, bugs, and technical challenges promptly. Integrate payment systems, product platforms, and external systems. Participate in all stages of agile development, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Identify opportunities for process and methodology improvements. Create and maintain technical documentation. Must-Have Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with relevant experience Proficiency in Java programming Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Familiarity with AWS cloud services Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security Knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture Understanding of security principles and best practices Experience with high-performance, secure applications Agile experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing Handling large volumes of concurrent requests Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new technologies Experience with distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes Nice-to-Have Skills Certifications in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or agile methodologies Knowledge of payment systems Proactive, results-driven mindset with ownership and accountability Interest in fintech industry trends and regulations J-18808-Ljbffr
