Job Description
APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: December 27th, 2024 The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for an Integrated Reporting and Risk Management Analyst to work in the Finance Department. Under the supervision of the Financial Reporting & Risk Management Manager, the new colleague will mainly support the management of the Integrated Reporting process and contribute to the development and management of the Financial Risk Management process. The Financial Risk Management activity involves identifying and mapping operational risks and controls affecting the Foundation's Financial Statements, and monitoring them through risk indicators (KRI) that assess data quality and reliability. The person will also support in managing the Foundation’s insurance contracts and liaising with brokers and insurance companies. Key tasks and responsibilities Assist in preparing and developing the Integrated Report by collecting and analyzing data and coordinating with stakeholders. Support HR in delivering training and promoting integrated thinking and reporting. Handle insurance matters and liaise with brokers and providers. Implement and monitor insurance guidelines within the Finance Area. Contribute to activities related to financial statements, tax, and accounting consulting. Provide support for cost control projects and models. Collaborate on ERP and software initiatives to ensure compliance with accounting and fiscal standards. Maintain the internal finance dashboard for performance tracking. Support the development and management of financial risk activities and models. Mandatory Requirements University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of experience with financial/non-financial data management, sustainability reporting, or financial risk management. Knowledge of regulations like Eu Taxonomy, CSRD, CSDDD, GRI/ESRS, or related concepts. Experience with ERP, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools. Fluent in Italian and English. Preferred Requirements At least 2 years in auditing or internal auditing roles. Knowledge of financial statements and accounting standards for non-profits. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Organizational and Soft Skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communicator and team player. Stakeholder-oriented mindset.
