The Head of Corporate Affairs at Human Technopole (HT) is responsible for overseeing governance activities and institutional relationships within the organization. Reporting directly to the HT President, this role involves managing statutory bodies such as the Supervisory Board, Management Committee, and other entities, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the convocation, distribution, and archiving of governance documents and decisions. Ensuring effective communication between governance bodies and relevant departments. Coordinating external professionals for legal documentation preparation and archiving. Managing conflict of interest declarations, compensation arrangements, and biographical/regulatory document archiving. Qualifications include: 8–10 years of experience in corporate governance, legal affairs, or institutional relations within complex organizations. Proven track record in supporting governance bodies. Fluency in English and Italian (at least C1 level). Advanced academic qualifications in public administration or legal studies (e.g., PhD, postgraduate diploma).
