Reporting to the EU EXR Risk, Project & Compliance leader, this role collaborates with stakeholders across functions, business lines, and countries to implement ER strategies, enhancing EXR effectiveness, business agility, and employee experience. This position can be based in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, or the UK, with travel up to 30% within the EU. Key responsibilities include: Leading EWC meeting preparations and coordination of the 2026 EWC election as the pan-EU Single Threaded Leader. Participating in EWC and Select Committee meetings, managing vendor relationships for logistics. Ensuring compliance with EWC directives, conducting gap analyses, and developing strategies for amendments and negotiations. Managing change initiatives affecting workplaces, identifying process improvements, and facilitating escalation and problem-solving. Serving as the primary HR policy subject matter expert for the EU. Acting as the point of contact for Compensation & Benefits challenges and opportunities across the EU. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS University degree with experience in employee or labor relations, or employment law, focusing on labor. Knowledge of EU labor laws, especially related to European Works Councils. Experience managing complex projects within a matrix environment. Fluent in English (C2 level) and at least one other European language (French, Spanish, Italian, or German). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with EU labor challenges at country or pan-EU level. Background in change management and project coordination in multinational settings. Understanding of EU compensation and benefits practices. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing senior leadership. Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. J-18808-Ljbffr
