Production Planner Packages

ROLE PURPOSE Production Planners develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met. They determine material, equipment, and labor requirements, prepare status and performance reports, and resolve production issues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules. Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production. Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays. Coordinating production operations according to material, labor, and equipment availability. Recommending solutions to reduce costs and improve processes and quality. Adjusting production schedules to meet deadlines. Compiling and submitting performance reports to management on time. Informing relevant departments of schedule changes. Managing complex projects involving multiple departments such as technical office, quality, production, sales, logistics, and warehouse. Defining stock policies for packages warehouses and managing stock levels to meet market demands. Procurement of package-specific components. Prioritizing planning of made-in items with colleagues to ensure timely availability. Continuously improving packages planning processes. SKILLS Good command of English (B2 level). EDUCATION Technical High School Diploma or higher. PERSONAL SKILLS Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proactive; problem-solving; team-oriented; adaptable to change. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or related fields. LOCATION Nova Milanese (MB) BENEFITS Canteen, Welfare, Smart working.
