As part of our mission, the Global Trade Compliance Organization (GTCO) provides our employees with the right tools and resources to be knowledgeable about and compliant with applicable trade and customs regulations. To that end, GTCO is hiring a Trade Compliance Corporate Training and Outreach Lead. The main objectives are strengthening and expanding our trade compliance training program, increasing GTCO's internal stakeholder engagement, and proactively monitoring and communicating relevant trade compliance regulatory updates that could impact ST. In this newly created central role, you will be responsible for: Ensuring GTCO training modules are current, complete, and aligned with our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements. Providing customized training to GTCO stakeholders based on organization, role, and function. Leading outreach initiatives with key ST stakeholders to foster a strong trade compliance culture across all parts of the business. Coordinating with Regional Trade Compliance Managers (RTCMs) on training schedules and materials for regional onsite sessions as needed. Identifying and deploying new trade compliance training content or awareness events through Yammer, webcasts, FAQs, etc. Monitoring relevant regulations and supporting business impact analysis. Collaborating with RTCMs on regulatory changes in various countries, regions, and jurisdictions, and coordinating efforts for clear communication to ST management and stakeholders. Profile Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate across functions and adapt quickly to change. Minimum five years of experience in Global Trade Compliance, International Logistics, Business Management, or related fields. Strong knowledge of export controls and import/export & customs regulations in multiple jurisdictions. Knowledge of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) is a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
