The role can be based in any of the following European offices: London, Paris, Munich, Madrid. ProServe is a new retail vendor consulting organization launched within EU Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), aimed at addressing complex issues faced by senior leadership of major vendors and brands. We focus on customer-centric problem solving, developing science-driven capabilities that deliver unique insights, and creating strategies for long-term growth through management consulting, data science, and proprietary eCommerce expertise. As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with senior leaders of our largest vendors to address critical Customer, Product, and Channel eCommerce challenges. Your role involves planning and executing engagements that transform vendor strategies and influence their growth trajectories. You will work closely with our Data Science team to prototype scalable solutions and collaborate with vendors, team members, and partners to shape our work and future capabilities. This role is ideal for professionals seeking to leverage client service skills while expanding their knowledge in Product Management, Data Science, and business ownership roles within the technology sector. Key job responsibilities Delivery – Define and manage complex workstreams, prepare executive and board-level materials, and ensure engagement success. Engagement – Lead projects to achieve high-impact outcomes, representing the engagement team to vendors. Program enhancement – Share feedback and insights to improve tools and frameworks with Product Managers and Data Scientists. Training – Educate clients, partners, and internal teams on AVS services and innovation practices. This is a customer-facing role with potential travel as needed. Basic Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in strategy or marketing consulting, managing enterprise projects at the Executive Director level or equivalent. Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies. Experience building consensus and delivering results across organizational and external boundaries. Expertise in scoping and managing complex, data-driven analyses to inform strategic decisions. Experience mentoring or training others on best practices, frameworks, or methodologies. Comfort with structured data analysis using standard query languages. Preferred Qualifications MBA from a top business school. Consulting experience with C-suite or Board-level clients, or equivalent internal roles. Retail or E-Commerce industry experience.
