Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) for the IRIS2 SpaceRise programme at Eutelsat. Your leadership will be key to supporting the project manager in executing the program. Who You Are : You are structured, organized, and committed to delivering results. You excel in collaborative environments, manage multiple priorities effectively, and communicate well in English and cross-functional teams. You enjoy providing clarity and structure in high-impact programs and are proficient with project management digital tools and processes. What You’ll Do : You will oversee all missions and tasks delegated to the PMO, including: Planning, milestones, and interdependencies Risk and Opportunities management Preparation for internal and external reviews You will also maintain a database of key program information (cost, progress, etc.) and prepare associated communication packs. Additional Responsibilities : Facilitation of finance processes Ensuring compliance with corporate processes like Export Control, data governance, and configuration management The PMO team, consisting of 2-3 members, will be under your coordination. You may be asked to deputize for the project manager occasionally. You will work within the IRIS2 consortium, ensuring Eutelsat's contribution aligns with overall project management benchmarks. What You’ll Need : Proven project management experience Strong understanding of key processes and tasks outlined above Leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams and companies Experience with project management digital tools Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English (written and spoken) Availability to work in Issy-les-Moulineaux with regular travel to Toulouse The Eutelsat Group values data protection and privacy.
