Programmatic Yield Manager

What You'll Take Charge Of Maximize programmatic revenue through data analysis, pricing strategies, and floor optimization. Monitor and optimize yield performance across multiple AdServers, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges. Analyze bid landscapes, fill rates, and CPMs to identify trends and opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with programmatic partners and platforms (SSPs, DSPs, DMPs). Provide regular reports on revenue performance, opportunities, and risks. Stay updated on industry trends, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, TCF), and ad tech innovations. What We're Looking For 2-3 years of experience in yield management, programmatic advertising, or ad operations. Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, OpenRTB, header bidding). Experience managing SSPs / DSPs and optimizing programmatic revenue. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
