Posizione: Brain Technologies is searching for: Plant Quality Manager We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Plant Quality Manager to lead and oversee all quality-related activities within our precision manufacturing facility in Pinerolo. The role includes responsibility for managing the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and driving a continuous improvement culture across the plant. Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with applicable quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) at plant level Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams within the plant Coordinate and monitor all quality processes: incoming inspection, in-process control, final inspection Act as main point of contact for customer quality issues, audits, and non-conformity management Monitor quality KPIs (scrap rate, customer claims, internal defects, PPM) and implement action plans Manage the plant audit program (internal, customer, third-party), including preparation and follow-up Oversee problem-solving activities (8D, root cause analysis, containment and corrective actions) Drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with Production and Engineering departments Support supplier quality management for key plant-sourced components Report regularly to plant management and global quality leadership on status, risks, and initiatives Place: Pinerolo (TO), Italy Requisiti: Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials) Minimum 5–7 years of experience in quality roles within manufacturing environments Proven experience in leading plant-level quality teams and managing complex quality systems Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC) Strong leadership and team management skills Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, and customer-oriented approach Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus What we offer: An employment contract commensurate with your profile Responsibility and growth opportunities Flexible and dynamic environment Flat organizational structure International environment Welfare benefits Health insurance Altre informazioni: brain Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
