TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Birmingham, Alabama, 35209! Pay Information $1,934 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Experience in critical care Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an ICU position. The role will involve providing care in a stepdown unit. Candidates should have experience with critical care patients, including those with STEMI, hypertension crisis, chest pain, and post-surgical patients. Nurse to patient ratios are typically 2:1 or 1:1 to 3:1 in critical care settings. Charting will be conducted using an electronic health record system. The schedule will require every other weekend. There may be a need to float to other areas based on skillset. Special procedures may include TEE, bedside bronch, targeted temperature management, and ECMO.
