The shift will be during the AM. Each shift will be 12 hours long. A minimum level of nursing experience is required. Candidates must hold a valid RN license. BLS certification is mandatory. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6. The unit comprises 21 beds. Charting will be done using Epic. Nurses will float to like units as needed. Every other weekend will be required. Common diagnoses treated include joint replacement. Orientation will not be provided.
