The nurse will be caring for patients with conditions such as pneumonia and sepsis. The nurse-patient ratio will be 1:6. Charting will be done using an electronic health record system. Scrub color will be navy blue. Special procedures include breathing treatments, chest tube setup and care, CPAP/BiPap, and tracheostomy care. Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend. The position requires the nurse to float to similar units as needed based on skillset.
