Breakfast Chef Job Description: As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards. Your duties will include: Job Duties: Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes such as eggs, bacon, sausages, and pastries Ensuring that all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations Monitoring and managing kitchen stock levels Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth breakfast service Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role Knowledge of breakfast food preparation techniques Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment Education: Formal culinary training or relevant qualification preferred Experience: Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of breakfast food trends Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications: Food Hygiene Certificate Experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting Working Conditions: You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and may be required to work early morning shifts. Weekend and holiday work may be necessary.
