Job Description

Core Responsibilities: Develop and manage key SETA relationships across various sectors Submit compelling proposals in response to Discretionary Grant (DG) calls. Align the school's programmes with SETA frameworks and skills gaps. Partner with corporates and SDFs to drive funding model. Represent the school at SETA forums, roadshows and regional events. Develop and Accredit key programmes and skills programmes with key bodies such as QCTO/SETAs and Professional bodies. Required Competencies: Deep understanding of SETA structures, WSP/ATR frameworks, PIVOTAL and DISCRETIONARY grant funding applications. Proposal and grant request submissions. Project management and reporting of funded training Stakeholder engagement and SDF engagement mobilisation. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Skills Development, HR, Business Administration or related field. 35 years experience in SETA liaison, funding submission and/or SDF engagements and coordination. Strong network within the SETA and SDF ecosystems.
