Job Description
Key duties include: Handling general administrative tasks including daily admin, purchase orders, and stock control. Performing financial administration: posting and reconciliation of creditors/debtors in line with company procedures. Assisting with HR administration and wages. Supporting the finance/admin department with other job-related administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Grade 12 (essential). Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task and manage administrative processes efficiently. Previous experience with Crest, Farm Costing Solutions, or Farm Manager will be an advantage.
