We are looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join our Product Management Team in Milan. You’ll play a key role supporting technical product development, pre-sales activities, and customer engagement. Your Responsibilities Assist product managers in researching and analyzing market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs; Gather and organize product information and specifications; Develop and maintain product documentation (e.g., presentations, user guides); Collaborate on making and delivering pre-sales presentations, demos, and proposals; Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries; Promote products and build relationships with potential customers at trade shows and events; Interact with the internal development team to transfer technical requirements; Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.); Excellent relational and analytical skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; Ability to work in a team and a detail-oriented approach; Fluency in Italian and English; EU Work Permit; 1-2 years’ experience in Product Management within an IT company is a plus. Contract and Location Full-time, permanent contract; Location: Milan.
