RINA is currently recruiting for a Software Application Engineer to join its office in ROME within the Digital Technology and Cybersecurity Division. Mission RINA is currently recruiting for its activities in Rome! The activities are focused in software engineering tasks (e.g. system requirements analysis, software requirements definition, solution design, interfacing with System Engineering and Leonardo Labs, verification and validation). The ultimate goal is to carry out a technological maturation study and subsequently the creation of a demonstrator for the Italian Air Force. Key Accountabilities Technical project management Technical interface with client and development team Software requirement definition Software design (requirement definition, software architecture, ) Support in the verification and validation phases Qualifications The following skills are required: Experience in using tools for microservice architectures (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes) Experience in managing communication systems between microservices (REST APIs, and messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) Experience in developing modern and scalable user interfaces, based on reusable components.
