Job Title : Senior Business Analyst / PMO Location : Milan, with 2–3 days onsite per week occasional travel Duration : 12 months Employment Type : Contract Seniority : High (> 5 years) Time Zone : Europe / Berlin (UTC1) Key Responsibilities Analyze, map, and define processes in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and intralogistics Coordinate and support various project initiatives Prepare project documentation , presentations , and meeting minutes Facilitate communication between business and IT stakeholders Monitor progress and support project reporting Must-Have Skills & Requirements Strong experience as a Business Analyst and / or PMO in industrial / manufacturing settings In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations , ideally in the tyre industry Excellent skills in : Business Analysis Requirement Analysis Strong communication, synthesis, and documentation abilities Ability to work in multidisciplinary, international teams Nice-to-Haves Knowledge of IT architectures and technologies in MES / intralogistics Ability to evaluate or propose technical / applicative solutions Arabic language proficiency (B2) Skills in : Project Management (intermediate) Notes Onsite presence required in Milan 2–3 days / week Short trips to other sites for workshops or inspections may be needed J-18808-Ljbffr
