Job Description
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director Responsibilities: Build client relationships and expand our customer database. Host virtual styling sessions in-store via our Book A Stylist service. Create a positive and successful team environment. Think outside the box with solutions for sales, marketing & communication, and events to increase productivity. Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts. Prepare and execute promotional sales activities and campaigns. Have flare and enthusiasm to inspire clients and be our brand ambassador. Execute sales visits/calls to existing and potential customers to maximize sales growth. Ensure proper reporting of sales activities performed. Participate in domestic and international trade shows. Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers. Work across cross-functional teams internally to maximize new product development exclusive to your client base. Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of sales experience in similar positions/industry. Good written and spoken communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good project management skills and some knowledge of research and development. High-energy self-starter as well as a collaborative team player. Drive for results. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persistent and proactive.
