Currently, for one of our clients, a leading provider of professional Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis products and services, integrating R&D, production, and sales, we are looking for Sales in Apulia, Campania or Basilicata, Italy. Responsibilities : Implement the company's sales plan to achieve sales targets; Work closely with local partners; Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits; Collect, organize, and feedback information on target markets; Establish deep customer relationships to promote re-purchase and transfer introductions, achieving sales growth; Manage customer information, storage, and classification effectively. Requirements : 1-3 years of experience in direct sales; Experience in the olive industry is a MUST; Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads; Passion for sales work, diligent, and proactive; Strong team spirit, responsibility, communication, and interpersonal skills; Fluent in local language and English (reading, writing, speaking, listening); Driving license category B. Preferred: Experience in NIR, instruments, equipment, or related fields.
