Base pay range 52,100.00 / yr - $76,340.00 / yr Job Summary Work Model: Hybrid, with up to 2 days of remote work per week Offered Yearly Base Salary: EUR 52,100 to 76,340 full benefits of full-time employment Relocation Assistance: Available for ideal candidate Interview Travel Reimbursement: Yes Management Experience Required: Yes Minimum Education: Master's Degree Willingness to Travel: Occasionally Responsibilities include managing financial operations at our manufacturing site in Termoli, Italy, supporting European manufacturing footprint, including budgeting, performance analysis, cost analysis, long-term strategy partnership, monthly close processes, and ad-hoc analyses. Lead financial activities and regulatory compliance for the Italian site, coordinate budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting, support month-end closing activities, and oversee manufacturing cost review processes. Partner with site management and global leaders, liaise with European controllership, manage external audits, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and maintain local SAP systems. Support investments and strategic business development, and ensure safety compliance according to D.Lgs.81 / 2008. Required Skills and Certifications Master's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent Minimum 10 years of finance experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably chemicals Proficiency in financial English Knowledge of Italian taxes and finance, with experience working in Italy Strong accounting and financial analysis skills Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and global teamwork Proficiency in SAP, BW, Microsoft Office, etc. Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Finance and Sales Note: This job posting appears active and does not indicate it is expired.
