This is the perfect opportunity! We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee retail projects within the Fashion & Luxury domain. You will have the chance to collaborate with major Italian and international fashion brands, applying your skills in a dynamic environment. The Role You Will Play : Client interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Listen carefully to their needs and work towards their satisfaction and shared goals. Project objectives and monitoring: Lead project planning, ensuring each phase proceeds as scheduled. Monitor budgets and timelines, providing regular updates and sharing progress with clients and internal teams. Technical configurations and team interaction: Manage technical and functional configurations to meet client requirements. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs. Resource coordination: Motivate and coordinate the project team, monitoring activities to ensure effective and timely execution while maintaining high morale. Project documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and transparency at all stages. Requirements While you may not meet all criteria, possessing these qualities will help you succeed: Education and experience: Degree in computer engineering or related fields. Experience in application consulting and managing complex projects in Retail or Distribution/Operations is advantageous. Proficiency in Office applications and basic SQL is essential. Technical and language skills: Curiosity and eagerness to learn new management software. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Customer and business orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and business understanding, with a passion for continuous learning. Communication and leadership: Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate teams. Flexibility and problem-solving: Adaptability and problem-solving skills are crucial.
