Your responsibilities will include: Managing project streams independently within the 'Be Amazing' digital transformation program, supporting process design, and proposing coherent and innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle; Developing and implementing Proof of Concept (POC) aligned with the model, defining timelines and KPIs; Supervising POC scale-ups, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met; Promoting a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation with new methodologies and implementing continuous improvement strategies through process, product, and service optimization; Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, especially PMO, Demand, IT, and Marketing, to ensure solutions align with corporate strategies and market needs. Desired Skills & Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Project Management and Solution Design, preferably in strategic consulting related to digital transformation projects; Good knowledge of English; Familiarity with Agile methodologies and OKRs is a plus; Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare documents and analyses for top management.
