Controller - BI Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain and optimize Business Intelligence and reporting solutions to enhance financial and business performance tracking Design and manage efficient data warehouses for streamlined data storage and retrieval, leveraging AI where applicable Implement data-driven controlling strategies, ensuring accuracy, transparency and reliability in financial assessments Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems Utilize advanced analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) to create insightful reports and dashboards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection processes and drive continuous improvement Support the automation of controlling workflows by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency Build and simulate financial models, providing analysis, budgeting, ROI calculations and other insights to support business planning Define and implement standardized processes and reporting structures for budgeting and financial reporting, with a strong focus on process improvement and simplification YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, ideally with a specialization in Business Analytics Previous experience in a similar role, with expertise in BI reporting, data warehouse management, and financial controlling Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other analytics tools In-depth understanding of financial processes, KPIs, and cost control methodologies Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, MS Office—especially Excel, MS Dynamics) and data integration Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent knowledge of English and Italian and/or German OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits SHAPING THE FUTURE, TOGETHER!
