POSITION IoT & Connected Systems Integration Specialist We are looking for an experienced and problem-solving oriented IoT & Connected Systems Integration Specialist to join our international and dynamic Customer Care team. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our connected systems and providing high-level technical support to our customers globally. What you will do Troubleshooting: Analyze and solve technical issues related to our IoT systems, identifying root causes and proposing solutions. Customer Technical Support: Provide technical assistance internally and externally, guiding partners and customers in troubleshooting and system configuration. System integration: Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal integration of our products with digital services and other systems. Data analysis: Analyze data from IoT systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Continuous improvement: Collect feedback to identify areas for enhancement and propose new features. Training and communication: Provide technical training on our digital services and IoT best practices. Verification and validation: Configure test setups to validate IoT solutions before market release. Global collaboration: Work with international teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation related to IoT systems. WHO you are Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar. Experience in IoT and IoT Edge systems integration and management. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration eagerness. Customer and quality-oriented approach. Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure) and related technologies. Proficiency with data monitoring and analysis tools. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet).
