POSITION IoT & Connected Systems Integration Specialist We are looking for an experienced and problem-solving oriented IoT & Connected Systems Integration Specialist to join our international and dynamic Customer Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our connected systems and providing high-level technical support to our customers globally. What you will do Troubleshooting : Effectively analyze and solve technical issues related to our IoT systems, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions. Customer Technical Support : Provide technical assistance, both internally and externally, guiding partners and customers in troubleshooting and optimal system configuration. System integration : Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure optimal integration of our products with DAB digital services and other systems in the field of local supervision. Data analysis : Analyze data from IoT systems to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Continuous improvement : Collect feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose new features. Training and communication : Provide technical training to colleagues and customers on our digital services and IoT systems. Verification and validation : Configure and manage test setups to validate IoT solutions before market release, ensuring quality and proper operation. Global and cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with international development, project management, sales, and customer success teams. Documentation : Maintain technical documentation related to IoT systems. WHO you are Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar. Experience in the integration and management of IoT and IoT Edge systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and eagerness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Customer and quality-oriented approach. Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.) and related technologies. Proficiency with data monitoring and analysis tools. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.). Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
