Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities Establish and maintain adequate commercial relationships with customers. Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment. Serve as supervisor during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary. Act as coordinator during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary. Maintain and care for supplied tools and test equipment, ensuring proper calibration. Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as parts, new contracts, contract renewals, and system sales. Your Profile / Qualifications Secondary School Technical Diploma (Mechatronic specialization preferred). Willingness to travel to Italy (approximately 200 days/year, Monday to Friday), with some travel abroad. Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays occasionally (once a month, variably). Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B2). Experience in technical documentation and knowledge of GEA product portfolio and related processes/applications is a plus.
