Field Commissioning Engineer - Filling

This position offers the opportunity to learn about Sidel Technology and develop prototypes for Aseptic Beverage and Beer. It is open to Mechanical and Automation engineers. The portfolio management area involves strong interaction with the Technical Department and product managers. There is also an opportunity to travel worldwide. Your Mission Start-up, commissioning, testing, and servicing high-complexity fillers; Provide technical assistance onsite during and after the warranty period for complex machines; Intervene onsite to resolve technical issues requiring RCA and troubleshooting; Enhance personal competencies on complete combi, trade-associated equipment, and line equipment; Support internal qualification of prototypes in the workshop (run-off, assembly, testing); Support external qualification of technical modifications and variants onsite; Ensure equipment performance at the customer’s plant, adhering to technical, contractual, and safety specifications. Your Profile Experience in assembly and testing of complex machinery, field and service activities, or technical assistance is advantageous; If an Automation engineer, deep knowledge of automation devices (PLC, HMI devices focused on motion control from brands like Allen Bradley, Elau/Schneider Electric, B&R, and Siemens) and communication networks; Ability to manage stressful situations; Organized with the ability to conceptualize ideas into professional reports; Strong problem-solving attitude (troubleshooting and RCA) and customer-oriented; Good interpersonal skills, especially in communicating with technicians, customers, and other target groups; No restrictions on traveling worldwide.
