R&D Controller

Our client is a Multinational company with a remarkable presence worldwide and a fast growing business. In order to expand the structure, we are looking for an R&D Controller . Primary Function The Candidate will be part of the Finance Team, playing a key role as R&D Controller. She/He will be in charge of the following activities: Manage the controlling of R&D programs in accordance with internal regulations. Analyse the execution performance and propose action plans to improve the programs controlling as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks. Ensure the monthly closure of R&D activities, follow up the alignment forecast/actual versus budget, and lead the recovery plan in accordance with the R&D Manager. Oversee the respect of the Delegation of Authority. Manage interco-invoicing, funding reconciliation, royalties. Preparation of unit cost before year end and forecasting of the same before reporting of hours and other spending. Requirements Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering. Proficiency in all MS Office Applications. Excellent Excel knowledge is essential. Previous experience in a multinational Company with a similar role or in an audit Company. English at an advanced level (B2). Good knowledge of IFRS. SAP and Oracle proficiency is a plus.
