Procurement Practice Specialist

• Execute sourcing activities in respective spend area within defined KPI boundaries. • Provide inputs for procurement plan. Work proactively with internal clients to identify, forecast and optimise demand and standardize • Specifications to reduce TCO. • Identify sourcing opportunities, complete category profiles, calculate TCO. • Monitor category trends and initiate market research as needed. • Prepare and execute sourcing events, lead negotiations, and execute contracting with supplier. • Develop and manage partnership with internal clients (including efficient cross-functional collaboration) and relationship with strategic • suppliers. • Conduct review of contract performance along with main stakeholder and spending for categories, manage suppliers performance. • Provide strategic sourcing according to procurement plan and within budgets, timescales and standards. • Cooperate with purchasers on strategic sourcing process, provide deep category expertise. • Hand over sourcing results to transaction purchasing team.
